A lock-on Jetboil only works with its own cup. The Pot Support 2.0 adds folding arms over the burner, so you can set a regular pot or a skillet on top.
Tier: budget accessory. Only useful if you own a compatible stove.
Check compatibility before you buy
This is where people slip up. Jetboil makes two different pot supports:
- Pot Support 2.0 (this one): for the 2025 and newer Flash 1.0L, Flash 1.8L, and Zip 0.8L
- The original Pot Support: for older (pre-2025) Flash, Zip, MicroMo, MiniMo, and SUMO stoves. It doesn't fit the 2025 models.
If you bought a Flash or Zip recently, this is likely the one you need. Confirm your model before you order.
What it's good for
- Using a wider pot for two people
- Frying with the Summit Skillet
- Keeping one burner for both quick boils and occasional real cooking
Keep in mind that a fast-boil burner is tuned for heat, not simmering. Food in a pan can scorch if you don't watch it.
